Mixt Green's Maui Salad Ingredients
If you miss Mixt Green's Maui salad as much as I do, here at least are the ingredients, via an old menu of theirs I found online.
The Salad:
butter lettuce, coriander-crusted ahi tuna, avocado, mango, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, shiso, mango citrus vinaigrette, topped with toasted macadamic nuts
Mango Citrus Vinaigrette:
Blend Rice Wine Vinegar, OJ, Lime juice, honey, dijon, mango chunks, pepper, garlic, olive oil poured in slowly to emulsify.
Of course no amounts are here, so you'll need to experiment! If you do, we'd love to hear.
Update 8/2017:
Recipe found!

Maui // Serves 4
Dressing:
1/2 cup mango puree
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1/2 cup canola oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
Salad Ingredients:
1 cucumber
4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
salt and freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons crushed coriander seeds
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 heads butter lettuce
1 large hass avocado, sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded & julienned
1 red onion, finely diced
1 bunch basil, leaves picked
1/2 cup crushed macadamia nuts
Preparation:
To make the dressing, combine mango puree, vinegar, orange
juice, lime juice, garlic sauce, and cilantro in a blender. Blend until smooth,
then slowly add oil in a stream and blend again. Season with salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Peel cucumber, slice in half lengthwise, then run a spoon
down the middle and scoop out the seeds. Slice into half moons. Season each
tuna steak with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of crushed coriander. Press
spices onto each steak to ensure coating sticks while cooking. Heat saute pan
over high heat, add canola oil. When it reaches smoking point, sear tuna on all
sides (about 6 seconds total). Slice each steak into 3 large pieces and set
aside. To plate, gently toss butter lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, mango,
onion, cucumber and basil leaves with desired amount of dressing. Top with tuna
and macadamia nuts.

PC doesn't find my Wi-fi
This worked for me and maybe it'll work for you. I simply unplugged the Wi-fi, waited for about a minute, then plugged it back. I can now see my Wi-fi.

How to easily disable F1 Key
After a lot of Google searches, I find this is the best application for disabling the annoying F1 key that goes to Microsoft's useless help.
SharpKeys
It's really quite good.
Here are some reviews:
http://download.cnet.com/SharpKeys/3000-2094_4-75803009.html
http://sharpkeys.en.softonic.com/
And search youtube for instructions on how to use it if needed.
F1 key now = nothing happens. Yeah!

Shortcut Key to Insert Date and/or Time in Word
To create a keyboard short-cut that inserts the date and/or time in a Word document, you'll need to create a macro (that's because the Alt+Date creates a non-static field which means the date will change to the current date each time you open the document).
I like what this commenter suggested, and it's exactly what I did:
"I just created a macro (Insert Tab->Date and Time->format I wanted and made sure the Update automatically box was unchecked. I assigned it to ALT-D and it works fine."

Lenovo Keyboard is Really Horrible!!!
I'm so annoyed with Lenovo's keyboard. Why did they try to reinvent the keyboard and rearrange the keys? You have to click two keys to use the F-keys (who ever thought that would be a good idea??). So you can go into the Bios and remap the keys so you don't need to do that, but then you have to use two keys for Escape. Simply ridiculous. All this unused space and Lenovo had to jam multiple functions onto one key.
I've got three days to return this Lenovo. Yippee!!! Goodbye.

Turn on F keys on Lenovo Yoga Laptop
To turn on Legacy F keys (F1 to F12) on your Lenovo Yoga laptop so that they are the default without pressing the FN key first:
- Shutdown laptop
- Press the 'reset' (with paper clip) located to the right of the on/off button
- Select BIOS mode
- Select Configuration
- Select Hotkey Mode and disable that
- Exit by pressing Fn + F10
Restart and you should now be able to use the F keys directly!
Update 3/17/2015--
If you do this you'll notice the Escape key now requires a combo stroke (Fn+Esc) since you've effectively reversed the functions of the top row keys. (Curse you Lenovo.) The only way I found to make this less awkward was to redefine the F1 key as my Esc key too. And the only way I found to do that was through a 3rd party download (KeyTweak) which worked fine. It's really quite ridiculous Lenovo.

DON'T BUY Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro!
Update 2/7/2015:
Will be returning this laptop. Since it does this "yoga" thing, all software thinks it's a tablet! Outlook client emails are formatting as if they are on a mobile device (very skinny), and font on remote desktops is itsy-bitsy and can't be changed.

1/19/2015: Ordered a new PC laptop today: Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro - 80HE000LUS - Light Silver
This new processessor allows the laptop to run without a fan. And, no harddrive in most any laptop anymore, BTW.
Will let you know how it goes*.
Original price: $1,749.99
Web price: $1,379.00
Less Discount code (found on retailmenot.com) -$50.00

- Power cord is too short.
- Removed Harmony software - constantly popping up to ask if I wanted to optimize this or that, and wouldn't hold previous preferences. Gone!
- Arghhhh... All that real estate at the top of the keyboard and you didn't include the F-keys row?? Annoying to have to click FN to activate an F-key.
- Some Outlook 2013 emails display in their mobile format (irritating!!) and no way to convince the machine is not a mobile device. Even the old emails that were brought over from my previous machine are now formatting in mobile. Maybe since this Yoga can turn into a tablet, Outlook thinks this is mobile. Dunno but really sux!!
