How to Rename App Groups on iPad iPhone

Permanently Delete Apps - iPad, iTunes, iPod

You can now permanently delete apps from your iTunes library. Careful!

In iTunes, right-click on the App, Select Delete, then Are you sure?,

Select Delete App in this popup:

You'll then get this pop-up below which doesn't really make sense, But just click "Move to the Recycle Bin"
(I think that wording is wrong, "Only files in the Mobile Applications folder will be moved to the Recycle Bin"... Don't they mean only files in the Recycle Bin will be moved to the Recycle Bin?!

The app will also be deleted from any iPad, iPhone, or iPod when synchronizing with iTunes.

OnLive, a startup, has developed a free app for the iPad that will let users run a Windows 7 desktop on their iPads, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Users will be able to create and edit documents in those applications on their iPads and store them online, using the two gigabytes of free storage OnLive will provide people. Source: Technology - Bits - The New York Times

Not much storage so will need to selectively manage docs.

Changing the Cities in the Default iPhone Weather App

How to delete Cupertino or any of the other cities: Tap the little i button in the lower right corner. When you see the list of cities, tap the red circle with the white slash beside the city you want to delete. Use the plus sign at the top left corner to add a new city.

Travelers, if you add a city click the little Yahoo link in the lower left corner to get city tips. :)
