How to remove a name from an Outlook Distribution List (aka Contact Group)

Create and edit a Contact Group (formerly distribution lists) - Outlook

• Start a new email message
• Click "To"
• In the drop-down list highlight the distribution list you want to change and then right-click on Properties.
• You can add/remove names here (if you have rights to do so)
