New iPhone User... transitioning from BlackBerry

Love the iPhone, and here I'll start my wish list...

1. Be able to delete individual email messages on both my device and the server (Blackberry can do this).
2. "That blinking red light is the best notification system on the face of the planet
3. Battery lasts longer
